A complete renovation or a defined scope of work. ProoFitout coordinates the project from the first site visit through cleaning and handover.

How we work

From your brief to a finished apartment

01Site visit and estimate

We clarify your brief, inspect and measure the apartment, and define the work. The first visit for a renovation estimate is free after we review your brief and agree access. Where design decisions are still developing, we start with a preliminary estimate.

02Design and approvals

We organise design and the required drawings with our partners, including Archflow. We prepare documentation and coordinate the approvals required by building management and the relevant authorities. Works begin after the necessary approvals.

03Works and purchasing

We coordinate the specialists and the agreed work, keeping ProoFitout as your point of contact. Purchases and specific items are agreed with you. You can commission a full renovation or a defined scope of work.

04Cleaning and handover

We complete the work and organise the cleaning and waste removal included in the estimate. Payments follow agreed stages; the final payment follows resolution of issues identified at handover.

A practical checklist

What helps with a first renovation estimate?

A short description and your email are enough to begin. Share any of the details below that you already know; we can clarify the rest together.

  • Describe the apartment as it is

Mention the building or area, the layout or approximate size, and the current condition. Photographs and a floor plan are useful if available.

  • Separate the changes from what stays

List the rooms you want to renovate and anything you want to keep. This helps distinguish a full renovation from a defined scope of work.

  • Explain the goal and your priorities

Tell us whether the apartment is for your own use, rental or resale. If you have a budget range, preferred finishes or reference images, include them as a starting point for discussion.

  • Mention timing and access

Share your preferred dates and what you know about access to the apartment. We clarify access before arranging the visit; the work schedule is agreed for the project.

The estimate becomes more precise as the scope, measurements and design choices are confirmed. Decisions that are still open may require a preliminary estimate first.

Before your project starts

How much will my renovation cost?

The estimate follows the apartment’s condition, area, required work and finish. We agree the scope and price after reviewing your project. If design or quantities are still being developed, the first estimate is preliminary.

Is the first site visit free?

Yes, for a renovation estimate after we clarify your brief and agree access. This is separate from a technical developer handover inspection.

Can I commission a partial renovation or design only?

We take on defined scopes of renovation work. For a standalone design project, we refer you to our design partners. Structural construction and minor household repairs are outside our scope.

How are payments and timing agreed?

The advance reflects initial costs, subsequent payments follow acceptance of agreed stages, and the final payment follows resolution of handover issues. The schedule is agreed for your project; the initial chat does not confirm a completion date.

Do I need drawings or a fixed budget to enquire?

No. Describe the property and what you want to change. Plans, photographs and an approximate budget help when available, but are not needed to begin.
