PROOFIT provides comprehensive construction and renovation services including but not limited to:

• Residential apartment and villa renovations
• Commercial fit-out and office spaces
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services
• Interior design and project management
• Permit acquisition and regulatory compliance

3. Client Obligations

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate project information and requirements
• Ensure site access during agreed working hours
• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
• Obtain necessary approvals from building management
• Communicate changes or concerns promptly

Our liability is limited to the contract value, and we are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.

Additional costs and time implications will be clearly communicated before implementation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice, subject to payment for completed work.

Termination fees may apply based on project stage and materials already purchased.

We encourage open communication to resolve any issues. If disputes arise, we prefer mediation before legal proceedings.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts and UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
