Our services

What does your space need?

01 / Renovation

Transform the interior.

A complete renovation or a defined scope of work. We organise design, approvals, purchasing and works through cleaning and handover.

Renovation scope & process

First site visit for a renovation estimate is free after we review your brief.

02 / Furnishing

Make it ready to use.

Furniture, appliances, lighting and the everyday essentials. We agree selections, organise delivery, assembly and checks. Furniture purchasing is also available separately.

What furnishing includes

With a designer or without. For your own use, short-term or long-term rental.

Dubai projects. Structural construction and minor household repairs are outside our scope.

How we work

Your vision. We bring it together.

  1. 01

    Your brief

Tell us about the property and the result you want. You can start without a finished design.

  2. 02

    Scope and estimate

We clarify the details and visit the property for renovation. We agree the works, purchases and payments.

  3. 03

    Project coordination

We organise preparation, required approvals and the specialists involved.

  4. 04

    The finished result

We complete the agreed scope, check the furnishing, and organise cleaning and handover.
