This page explains how ProoFitout uses information on its Dubai apartment renovation and furnishing website.
Conversations and requests
When you use the chat or request form, we store submitted messages, project details, contact information and attachments. We use them to respond, clarify your project and handle your request. The assistant uses OpenAI to prepare replies, which involves processing messages and information from the conversation. Please do not include passwords, payment credentials or other information unnecessary for discussing your project.
Records and files are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure managed by the Sites hosting service. Your conversation is accessible in your browser for 24 hours. This is an access period, not a promise that all records are deleted after 24 hours. Your request is submitted only when you choose to send it.
Browser preferences
The website uses necessary cookies for your language preference and access to your conversation. A form draft may be stored temporarily in this browser. These features work independently of analytics permission.
Google Analytics
Only with your permission, Google Analytics receives information about page visits, devices, general referral sources and whether a request was saved. Google processes network information needed to receive those events. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. We do not send conversation text, contact details, file contents or names, or request references to Analytics. We do not use analytics for personalised advertising.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. You can change it at any time; declining stops further collection on this website and removes its Analytics cookies. It does not delete data already received by Google. The website and request form remain available with either choice.
The owner’s ProoFitout SEO tool
ProoFitout SEO is the owner’s tool for managing this website’s Google metrics. With the owner’s separate permission, it reads Analytics and Search Console data, configures ProoFitout resources, verifies the domain and submits the sitemap. Website visitors do not receive this access. Google data is used to analyse visits, search visibility and enquiries and to improve the website. Access credentials are kept separately from the public website; reports are available in the owner’s working environment.
We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising targeting or provide it for training general-purpose AI models. Automated analysis may process necessary metrics in the owner’s OpenAI working environment. The owner can revoke the tool’s access in Google settings and remove local credentials and reports.
