Furnish a new apartment in Beach Vista Tower 1 after developer handover and prepare it for rental. The project focused on bringing the apartment to a furnished, usable state for the owner.

Our role
ProoFitout managed the full furnishing process through installation, connection, final checks and handover. Archflow provided the design, while ProoFitout remained responsible for delivery to the owner. The finished interior combines seating, a dining area, bedroom furniture, lighting, curtains and smaller household accessories.
The result
The owner received a furnished apartment prepared for rental, with installation and checks complete. The photographs show the result from the living and dining area to the bedroom, alongside kitchen and bathroom details. These views show the completed interior of a furnishing project.
Living, dining and bedroom details
In the shared living and dining space, a light sofa and armchair face a white coffee table with a glass top. Behind them, a round dining table sits beside the open kitchen. A large arched mirror, woven baskets and pale rugs connect the two areas visually. In the bedroom, a white chest of drawers provides storage beneath a round mirror; a floor lamp sits alongside it. Sheer and heavier curtains cover the tall windows. On the kitchen worktop, a coffee machine, storage jars and dish rack show the smaller everyday items alongside the main furniture.
