Our role
ProoFitout managed the renovation through handover, with design by Archflow. The goal was to prepare the apartment for a profitable resale.
The result
Completed around October 2024. Following the renovation, the apartment was resold at a profit for the investor.
Details from the furniture design
The furniture design album includes storage for the entrance and laundry area. It specifies two separate beds with a shared headboard in the second bedroom, together with a wall-mounted console and a mirror. These are details recorded in the project drawings.
