Everything your apartment needs
01Your property and plans
We consider the layout, existing items and intended use, including short-term and long-term rental. You can work with a designer or without one. Furniture purchasing is also available as a separate service.
02Agreed selections
Furniture, appliances, lighting, curtains, bed linen, tableware and household essentials are included as needed. We agree specific items, quantities and the estimate before purchasing.
03Delivery and installation
We organise the necessary documentation and building management approvals, delivery, unpacking and assembly. Selected light fittings are installed, and the agreed equipment is connected and checked.
04Cleaning and handover
Cleaning and packaging removal are included in the estimate. You can accept the result online or through your representative at the property. The balance is paid at handover, when the furniture is unpacked and installed.

A practical checklist
What to agree before buying furniture
Start with how the apartment will be used and what is already there. A room-by-room list helps turn that brief into an agreed selection.
The intended use
For a rental apartment, tell us whether you are preparing for short-term or long-term stays. Discuss the furniture, textiles and household essentials needed for that use.
What stays and what is missing
Identify existing furniture and appliances you want to keep. A plan and current photographs, if available, help us discuss the layout and missing items.
The item list and spending priorities
Work through each room: furniture, appliances, lighting, curtains and everyday essentials. Agree the specific items and quantities against the estimate; share a budget range if you have one.
Delivery and acceptance
Share the known access conditions for the building and how you would like to accept the result: online or through your representative. Delivery, assembly and checks form part of the agreed work.

Before your project starts
What is included in furnishing?
The scope can include furniture, appliances, lighting, textiles and household essentials, through installation and checks. We agree what your apartment actually needs; there is no fixed package assumed for every property.
Do I need a designer?
No. We can select and purchase the items you need without a separate design project. If you choose to work with a designer, we coordinate that part with our partners.
Can I order furniture purchasing only?
Yes. Furniture purchasing is available separately. We agree the items and the scope of the order with you before purchasing.
How are the price and payments agreed?
The estimate follows the selected items and the agreed work. We agree an advance before purchasing; the balance is paid at handover once the furniture is unpacked and installed.
Can I accept the result remotely?
Yes, online or through your representative at the property. At handover, the agreed furniture is unpacked and assembled, and the specified equipment is connected and checked.
