The owner’s brief

Prepare an apartment in Concorde for rental, bringing renovation and furnishing into one project with a completed handover to the owner.

Our role

ProoFitout managed both the renovation and furnishing and remained responsible to the owner through handover. Archflow provided the design. The furnishing stage was completed through installation, connection and final checks, so the owner received the apartment with both stages finished.

The result

The renovated and furnished apartment was handed over prepared for rental. The completed interior includes a living and dining space, an upholstered bed with bedside furniture, kitchen appliances and storage in the entrance area. The photographs below show these rooms and details of the finished apartment.

A closer look at the completed rooms

The living area combines a grey corner sofa, a light armchair with a matching footstool and a teal ottoman around a dark coffee table. The dining table seats four, with open display shelving behind the sofa. Grey upholstery continues into the bedroom, where a tufted headboard, bedside furniture and curtains frame the bed. In the kitchen, the hob and oven sit between worktop appliances, including a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. A dark sideboard provides enclosed storage in the entrance area, with a framed abstract artwork above and low-level lighting along the skirting.
